1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 999vip ("Platform", "we", or "999vip"), which operates the website 999vip.best and all associated online casino, Sports Betting, poker, and digital entertainment gaming services made available to players residing in Brazil.

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 999vip platform — including creating an account, depositing funds, participating in games or betting, or redeeming bonuses — you confirm that:

• Has read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions;
• Has the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law;
• Agrees to be bound by all terms set out herein;

These Terms apply together with the Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each promotion available on the Promotions. In the event of a conflict between these documents, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

2Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Account Registration Requirements

To register on 999vip and use any of the platform's services, the Player must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age on the date of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;

• Not have any previously active or suspended account closed due to a violation of these Terms;
• To act on their own behalf, and not as a representative or proxy of any third party.

2.2 One Account per Person

Each Player may hold only one (1) account at 999vip. Creating multiple accounts — even using different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, or devices — is a serious violation of these Terms. All balances and bonuses on any duplicate accounts identified will be cancelled, and the Player may be permanently banned from the platform.

2.3 Accuracy of information

The Player is responsible for the accuracy and ongoing accuracy of all information provided during registration, including full name, date of birth, CPF, address, email, and phone number. 999vip may request supporting documentation at any time to verify the Player's identity. Providing false or outdated information may result in immediate account suspension and cancellation of any pending withdrawals.

3Account, Password & Security

The Player is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential — including username, password, and any two-step verification codes. All activity carried out using the Player's credentials is the Player's exclusive responsibility, regardless of who performed the access.

If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the Player must immediately contact 999vip support via live chat or at the email suporte@999vip.best. 999vip is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the Player's failure to keep their credentials secure.

4Deposits

4.1 Accepted Methods

999vip exclusively accepts Brazilian payment methods for deposits. The available methods are:

• Pix – Primary method. Instant processing, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Bank slip – Clearing period of up to 1 business day after payment;
• Credit or debit card – Instant processing for debit; credit may take up to 24 hours;
• Mercado Pago – Instant processing;
• PicPay – Instant processing;
• TED Transfer – Via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian financial institutions supporting Pix or TED. Processing time: up to 1 hour during banking hours.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 per transaction via any available method. Maximum limits per transaction vary by method and account level. VIP players receive higher limits communicated on an individual basis. All deposits are processed exclusively in BRL. No other currency is accepted.

4.3 Ownership

The payment method used for the deposit must be in the name of the registered Player on 999vip. Deposits made by third parties will be declined and the amount returned to the sender. This rule exists to protect the Player and to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

5Withdrawals

5.1 Processing and Timeframes

Pix withdrawals are processed in an average of 5 (five) minutes, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. TED transfers are processed during standard banking hours and may take up to 1 business day. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 50.00. Withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 per transaction may require additional identity verification before processing.

5.2 KYC Verification

Before the first withdrawal, or at any time 999vip deems necessary, the Player may be asked to submit identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer process). Documents typically requested include: a government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH), recent proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Document review takes up to 48 hours after complete submission.

5.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals should preferably be made using the same method as the original deposit and must always be directed to an account held in the name of the registered Player. 999vip reserves the right to require that withdrawals be processed via a specific method in order to comply with regulatory standards. No withdrawal will be processed to a third-party account.

5.4 Withdrawal holds

999vip reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for investigation in cases of suspected fraud, abnormal account activity, a request from a regulatory authority, or identification of a possible breach of these Terms. The Player will be notified by email if this occurs and will be given a deadline to provide any additional information.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

The 999vip welcome bonus matches 100% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of R$ 500.00. The minimum deposit to activate the bonus is R$ 20.00. The bonus is automatically credited to the account after the first deposit is processed, provided the Player did not opt out of receiving bonuses during registration.

6.2 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

Every bonus granted by 999vip comes with wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount received on qualifying bets. The specific rollover conditions for each promotion are detailed on the Promotions.

6.3 Bonus Validity

Unused bonuses expire 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of issue. Free spin bonuses expire after 7 (seven) days. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the balance and cannot be recovered. The expiry period for each specific promotion is stated in that promotion's terms.

6.4 Restrictions

999vip reserves the right to cancel bonuses and promotions in cases of: suspected bonus abuse, multiple accounts, coordinated use across accounts to artificially meet rollover requirements, or any other conduct that constitutes misuse of the promotions system. Each Player may participate in each promotion only once, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's conditions.

7Sports Betting

7.1 Available sports

999vip offers Sports Betting across the top sports of interest to Brazilian players, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores da América, and international competitions), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, e-sports, and other sports added on a regular basis. Live betting is available with odds updated in real time throughout events.

7.2 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only considered valid and accepted once a confirmation is displayed on the Player's screen with the ticket number generated by the platform. 999vip reserves the right to refuse or cancel bets in the event of a technical error in the odds, incorrect event data, or any irregularity identified before or after confirmation.

7.3 Cancellation and Refunds

Bets may be cancelled and the amount refunded to the Player's balance in the following cases: event cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours with no confirmed reschedule date, clear odds errors (odds notoriously inconsistent with the market), or an administrative decision by the platform that is substantiated and communicated to the Player.

7.4 Live Betting

During live betting, odds are updated in real time. 999vip may temporarily suspend the live betting market during goals, cards, injuries, or other significant events. Bets submitted during a suspension period may be automatically declined, with no loss to the Player.

8.4 Maintenance & Availability

999vip strives to keep the platform available 24 hours a day. Any scheduled maintenance windows will be announced at least 2 hours in advance via an in-platform notification. Bets or rounds in progress at the time of an unplanned outage will be managed based on their state at the moment of interruption, with automatic refunds issued where completion is not possible.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors constitute a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension, permanent account closure, cancellation of all balances and bonuses, and reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to accumulate bonuses or circumvent any platform rule;
• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates human activity on the platform;
• Any attempt to manipulate results in any game, including collusion between players at poker tables;
• Use of the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity;
• Providing false information during registration or in any communication with 999vip;
• Bonus abuse through coordinated use across accounts to artificially meet wagering requirements;
• Access to the platform by a person under 18 years of age, whether directly or with the account holder's knowledge and consent;
• Any behavior that causes technical harm to the platform, other players, or third parties;
• Attempting unauthorized access to another Player's account or to 999vip's systems.

10Account Closure

10.1 Closure by the Player

The Player may request account closure at any time, without providing a reason, by contacting support via chat, email, or WhatsApp. Before closure, any available balances will be paid out via Pix to the registered key, subject to the withdrawal conditions described in Section 5. Unused bonuses are cancelled upon closure.

10.2 Closure by 999vip

999vip may close or suspend an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the cases set out in these Terms (violations, prohibited conduct) or by a reasoned administrative decision. Where an account is closed with no identified violation, the available balance will be returned to the Player. Where a violation is confirmed, balances may be cancelled as described in Section 9.

10.3 Data After Account Closure

11Responsible Gambling

999vip is committed to promoting responsible gambling and offers real control tools available to all Players at any time, with no justification required:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on your profile. The limit is automatically enforced by the platform;
• Betting limits: Set a maximum amount per bet or per gaming session;
• Temporary self-exclusion: Block access to your account for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year;
• Permanent self-exclusion: Permanently close the account with no possibility of reopening;
• Gaming history: Access your full betting, deposit, and withdrawal history at any time in your profile settings.

13Limitation of Liability

• Losses resulting from betting decisions made by the Player;
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside the platform's control (Player connectivity issues, banking system outages, etc.);
• Unauthorized access to the Player's account caused by the Player's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials;
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind related to the use of the platform.

999vip's maximum liability in relation to any Player claim is limited to the balance available in the Player's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

14Changes to These Terms

999vip reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to the Player at least 7 (seven) calendar days in advance via the registered email address and a notification on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after the notified amendment deadline constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated Terms. If the Player does not agree with the changes, they must request account closure before the changes take effect, as described in Section 10.
